Project Manager (Remediation)

Are you an experienced PROJECT MANAGER? Do you have experience of managing a Redress/Remediation project in Financial Services?

Our client, a large financial services organisation, is looking to recruit a strong Project Manager to work as part of a large Financial Redress and Remediation Programme.

The role will include;

- Ensuring the piece of work is fully defined and scoped and that the necessary remediation is clearly articulated
- Ensuring that the population of customers/transactions is identified and segmented
- Defining the remediation approach and processes
- Working with the Operations Team to set up the remediation operation including tools, processes, people, training, MI/reporting etc

They are seeking someone with the following skills and experience;

- Demonstrable Project Management experience within Financial Services, ideally Retail Banking
- Previous experience of setting up and running a remediation project
- Experience of setting up a remediation operation
- Experience of leading a team including Business Analysts, IT PM, SMEs etc

THIS CONTRACT IS INITIALLY FOR 3 MONTHS BUT THE ESTIMATED DURATION IS 6 MONTHS.

BASED IN THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND IT IS PAYING UP TO £600 PER DAY DEPENDENT ON LEVEL OF SKILLS/SUITABILITY.
