Project Manager - Regulatory Change

Project Manager required by leading financial services company to assist with ongoing review of credit risk compliance across their lending businesses. The Project Manager will work closely with other project team members and key business users to identify, evaluate and prioritise any credit risk compliance issues. This is a hands on role that requires an investigative Senior BA/PM with a background in Regulatory Change.

Key responsibilities

- Assist the Programme Manager in the delivery of the discovery phase, proactively working with the business to evaluate and prioritise risk issues
- Analysis and documentation of current processes
- Wherever possible, enable quick wins
- Act as an internal consultant by providing support and guidance to the business in retail risk - Train, develop and support the business in developing their understanding of risk issues in order to promote a culture of proactive risk management.
- Act as a professional point of reference for retail credit risk Role requirements.
- Strong BA, project management experience gained within a Regulatory Change environment (ESSENTIAL).
- Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at a senior level.

A thorough and broad understanding of the Personal Finance industry (ESSENTIAL).

- Consumer credit knowledge and experience, ideally within the SME market.
