Project Manager - Regulatory - Banking - Edinburgh

A exciting opportunity has arisen with a top retail bank in Edinburgh for a Project Manager to join a major regulatory programme in their commercial banking division, initially for 6 months.

The purpose of the programme is to roll out new Anti Money Laundering Policy and Customer Due Diligence Standards to the Pension Wealth and Stockbroking client banking customer population.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The key role/deliverable is managing the proposed transfer of PWS related AML activities currently undertaken by CB Operations to CDD Shared Services, both of which business units are based in Edinburgh along with PWS. These AML activities relate to both New to Bank customers and also existing customers ie Trigger AML requirements following a change in the customer's circumstances and also Scheduled AML which is a periodic review undertaken between 1-5 years depending on the customers AML Risk Rating.

- Governance and Reporting

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Experienced project manager with demonstrable delivery skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Financial Services experience
- Commercial Banking/AML knowledge would be preferable although not essential
