Project Manager - Regulated Environment

My client a large multinational in the Pharma Industry is looking for a Project Manager, to start early January through to March with a possibility of extension (12 months). The role will pay a max €425 p/d. The methodology used is Prince, PMI and Lean. GXP AND ANY ISO STANDARD EXPERIENCE IS A BENEFIT BUT NOT ESSENTIAL. SDLC is sough after, and experience at enterprise level is also a plus.

Job responsibilities:

- Manage Projects within the IT organization.
- Provide support to major project and programmes via project offices as required.
- Leverage both internal and external resources and vendors from our two locations, to deliver these projects.
- Manage and represent the project from start-up to completion.
- Plan and organize the project, allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks.
- Lead the project staff.
- Be responsible for achieving the project objectives.
- Manage quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables.
- Maintain control over the project's status and budget.
- Report project status and issues where help is needed to the Steering Committee.
- Compliance to the Prince, PMI sand Lean methodology.
- Comply GxP standards.
- Support other projects and programmes via a project office function as required.

Requirements:

- At least 5 years' experience in Project Lead roles.

BENEFICIAL: (NOT ESSENTIAL)

- Ideally have at least one years experience in a GXP validated environment in the Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
- Ideally experience in some or all of the domain areas or technologies below.
- IT Service Management processes and experience in implementing BMC Remedy
- Ideally experience in some or all of the technologies below.
- Sharepoint

ESSENTIAL:

- Good communication and customer management skills.
- Exposure to change management.
- Analytical, process-oriented with a keen interest to drive continuous improvements.
- Ideally has experience with working with offshore development teams.
- Has Good knowledge of business process analysis and design, system architectures and technology standards.
- Ideally has experience of agile methodologies.
- Ideally has good knowledge of computer systems validation processes gained in a regulated environment.
