PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

Our client, a major UK retail bank, requires the services of a Project Manager to help on a programme of work for Records Management Improvement to enhance current records management capabilities within the Business

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Manage the planning and delivery of business unit remediation activity within a wider divisional workstream ensuring that the team has the skills and competencies to meet the projects requirements.
- Key deliverables will be to embed the Records Management policy and Target Operating Model within the Division, oversee the delivery of Records Management training and awareness within the Division, and coordinate Divisional remediation activities to ensure compliance with policy
- Manage senior stakeholders within the Business Units to ensure buy-in and support to meet programme deliverables
- Face off to the Divisional workstream lead to meet governance requirements and operate as Business Unit lead
- Ensure that Business Unit remediation activities are aligned to the wider programme objectives
- Manage delivery of Business Unit plan activities, which will affect a cultural shift to Records Management within the Business Unit(s)

CORE SKILLS

- Strong stakeholder management
- Appropriate Project Management experience/accreditations

DESIRABLE SKILLS

- Financial services experience
- Regulatory/Data Privacy/Records Management experience
