Project Manager - Real Time Authentication/Voice Biometric

For our banking client in Zurich, we are looking for a Project Manager to implement the RTA solution (Real Time Authentication/Voice Biometric).

Duration: 6 months

Location: Zurich

JOB DESCRIPTION

Key tasks and competences are:

- Project definition and scope management
- Project work breakdown and project schedule
- Plan, maintain and control project resources and project budget
- Project risk management
- Define delivery approach
- Risk management
- Project communication
- Ensure SDF compliant delivery of project artefacts
- Monitoring and control project execution

QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree or higher education in Information Technology and/or Business/Economics or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience working in a project management role
- Maintaining teams to deliver the objective along an agreed approach
- Knowledge of Contact Center IT environments in international banking/IT environment is an advantage
- IT background and experience with iterative incremental development styles is an advantage
- Strong communication skills and good language skills in German and English is mandatory
- Drive for high quality to achieve common goal
- Experienced using Microsoft Office suite including MS Project
- CA PPM knowledge and experience
- Communication skills
- Swiss banking IT environment knowledge - preferred
