Je functie: Context
Start-up of a Quality Management Program for E2E Operations & Retail & Private Banking, including projects on different quality management related topics:
° set-up of Quality Governance with the integration of the activity of Problem Mgt E2E Operations & other existing quality meetings
aiming the start of a quality governance where we can prioritise and follow up the most important quality improvements impacting the customer
° follow-up of projects IT with impact on the Business
° set-up of tool, process, budget follow-up,…
We need:
A project consultant who brings program/project methodology in the startup of the new scope and activities of Quality Management
Function Description
Project Manager:
° Set-up Quality Program: governance, PMO, tooling & processing, follow-up and monitoring of IT quality projects with impact on the business
Responsibilities:
° Help plan the projects and make and maintain the program master plan
° Prepare status reporting on the projects
° Prepare Steering Committees
° Help prepare and organize workshops
° Contribute on project deliverables (process, organization, tool, budget follow-up,…)
Typical deliverables:
° Project and program planning
° Steering Comittee presentations
° Status reports
° Project deliverables such as design of governance, descriptions, process flows, set-up of quality governance meetings, etc
