Project Manager - Quality Assurance (Senior) wanted for one of our Basel based clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- BSc in Science/relevant discipline or equivalent, MSc would be an advantage
- 8+ years of work experience in TRD, Production or QA as well as several years of experience working as head of laboratory
- Excellent knowledge of cGMP as well as know-how of technical development, GMP compliance and QM/QDs implementation
- Strong scientific, technical and regulatory skills along with proven ability in analysing and evaluating GMP compliance
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing portfolio projects besides evaluating and approving deliverables (eg procedures, records, third party work, contractors, clinical trial material, components, gap assessments)
- Supervising project activities such as development of new tools, processes, quality initiatives, quality plans, SQRA, trainings, etc.
- Documenting, analysing and approving documents and related tools to ensure GMP compliance as well as providing inspections and audits as required
- Evaluating new QA tools and supporting the TRD line functions in GMP compliance related issues in area of expertise
- Ensuring that the required level of knowledge and skills is available and identifying competency gaps
- Contributing to internal compliance policy/comment to regulations and supervising the team in performance evaluation, development planning as well as taking part in the recruiting process
