ROLE BRIEF:
The sales enablement department support an international sales force by providing and building commercial offers and programs. The project is to design, implement and act as the key contact for an issue resolution process.
KEY TASKS:
- Create an intake process to capture all incoming issues.
- Establish relationships across different customers
- Understand and categorise types of escalation
- Identify escalation root causes, developed action plans
- DEVELOP AND VALIDATE ESCALATION PROCESSES
- Management Reporting
- Define Metrics & KPIs
- Define and Validate Project Scope
- Select and Apply Standards
- Assess Risk
- CREATE A QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN
- Influences others to make decisions and take actions
- Understand large organizations functions, roles and responsibilities
