One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Project Manager with experience in LIMS
Start: ASAP
Length: 4 months
Location: South of Brussels
Mission Description:
Within the Corporate QC Operations department (LIMS team), our clientis looking for a Project Manager QC.
The PM will mainly be responsible for providing managerial support and the following administrative tasks such as:
- Drafting SOPs related to the activity
- Following up on Trackwise
- Support for the planning management
- Project management: small projects within the framework of continuous process improvement (eg revision of templates, writing procedures,etc)
Mission responsibilities:
1. OPERATION:
* Ensure the day-to-day operational planning and coordination in orderto satisfy the client needs.
* Organise weekly meetings with team to follow-up on the planning and collect and give informations. Ensure that each one contribution is done in due time
* Ensure required corrective actions are taken and put in force.
* Implement, follow-up and communicate on KPI with its related corrective actions
* Inform customers in case of deviations from the day-to day-planning occur.
* Be prepared and participate actively to weekly/monthly planning meetings, propose solutions, demonstrate creativity and pro-activity inorder to ensure adherence to plan and performance.
* Ensure the continuous improvement is part of day-to-day Lims activities
* Be accountable for a pro-active collaboration with all departments with which he/she works
* Be capable of compensating for the creation or the update ofprocedures
* Follow-up and dispach troubleshooting activities
* Lead continue improvement
2. QUALITY:
* Ensure update or creation of procedures and instructions.
* Ensure Follow-up of corrective actions and preventive actions.
* Ensure audit readiness, participate to the preparation, the follow-up and the realization of audits.
* Ensure the follow-up of deviations and take actions to reduce thenumber of deviations.
* Ensure adequate training/coaching of team linked to the Lims activities requested and performed.
Skills & requirements:
* Min 5 years experience in analytical QC, drafting SOPs
* Knowledge of Lims
* Knowledge of Trackwise is nice to have
* Language skills:
o French: mother tongue
o English: 3/5 (reading, writing, speaking)
* Pragmatic
* solution minded
* result oriented
* good communication skills
* open minded
