Project Manager / Programme Manager - Halifax

A UK Retail Bank are looking for a strong Project Manager or Programme Manager to support their Digital Channels IT Programme.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivery within Retail Banking, ideally working on large IT projects. In addition it will be necessary to have a strong understanding of Digital Retail Banking, e.g. online banking, customer portals, telephony etc. Furthermore, experience of defining the reporting and tracking of the overall project progress to executive committees and steering groups. It will also be necessary to have strong experience of change programmes from initiation through to delivery.

Essential Requirements

- Excellent Project Manager or Programme Manager experience from Retail Banking
- Solid knowledge of Digital Banking e.g. online banking, customer portals, telephone banking etc
- Expert stakeholder management including delivering reports on a regular basis with regards to project progress
- Proven track record of delivering large scale IT change programmes
- Retail banking product experience, processes, structures and systems
