Project Manager + Programme Director

A global pharmaceutical organisation requires 2 x Project Managers and 1 x Programme Director to work on a large capital investment technical transfer program circa $80m API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) process in Singapore. The role of the Project Manager will be to manage the scope, design, technical transfer, commissioning and qualification; and support the successful delivery of the API project in Singapore.

Ideally previous technical transfer project experience.
Engineering Degree required. (Chemical, Process, and Mechanical etc)
Experience of Program management of projects within API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) facilities.
Experience of API equipment to include: Reactors, Centrifuges, Jet Milling suites/Cryogenic Milling suites.
Extensive CAPEX experience within a GMP/FDA regulated environment
Languages: English essential.
A proven track record in delivery of complex cross-functional projects.
Experienced practitioner of good project management practices.
Able to forge good relationships with project members in a Matrix organisation, where the project manager does not have line management responsibilities.
