The purpose of the candidate is to coordinate the business process redesign & to manage the system integrators in this complex program.
Functional Requirements:
-10+ years of Project/Program management experience in Telecom environment
-Large experience in Business Process Redesign
-Experience in managing third parties
-Good cultural understanding
-Able to deep dive if needed
-Not over reliant on expertise of the project leads in the team. Has an antenna to pick-up right signals
-Preferably able to work with PRINCE2 methodology
-Strong stakeholder management skills
-Strong C-level/board presentation skills.
