A global IT services provider is currently seeking an accomplished Application Project Manager with extensive experience within the Oil & Gas sector, specifically Hydrocarbon accounting and production allocation to deliver complex business projects across a range of project streams.
Assuming full financial accountability and management responsibility, the successful candidate will head up a project team of client staff, external consultants and third party software providers to deliver full life cycle project management services  from inception to closeout.

Having experience with tracking and accounting for hydrocarbon quantities and qualities from the well head to flange of the ship or DOMGAS pipeline will be essential to the role. Having a good understanding of how to allocate hydrocarbon production to joint venture partners and lifters on a daily and monthly basis based on complex Joint Operating Agreements will also be a key componet.  Experience in accessing and validating Real Time data produced by process control systems stored within a PIMS is an advantage.

In this role you will be responsible for:
The design, build and delivery of production allocation application solutions within an integrated environment
The management of project scope, cost, schedule and contractual deliverables
Project planning, tracking, change control and risk management
Management of all project resources and the establishment of effective communication streams within the project team and the client.

In order to be successful in this role you will demonstrate a proven track record in the successful delivery of enterprise scale projects within allocated timescales and budgets into the Oil & Gas domain interfacing with a range of stakeholders including senior management professionals, and technology vendors.

You will demonstrate a strong track record in the following:

Experience implementing and integrating Hydrocarbon Accounting and Production. Allocation Systems into multiple Oil & Gas clients

Extensive experience working alongside Joint Venture agreements

Knowledge of the following will be highly advantageous:

Familiarity with Tieto Energy Components and OSIsoftPI

Knowledge of LIMS and PIMS
