IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Supporting the Risk Management Plan (RMP) complexity reduction project
-At the end of this year, the EMA will be releasing a new template and guidelines for RMPs, which will require compliance
-PDS will take advantage of this event to further streamline and reduce the complexity of the RMP development processes

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experience as a project manager with project management qualifications (i.e. PRINCE 2, PMP) to help structure the project approach, plan, timelines, and required deliverables
-Ability to drive project planning across functions (PDSS, PVSD, PDRD as principal functions)
-Proven change management and communication skills i.e. ability to get buy-in from stakeholders, to develop and execute communications (including affiliate stakeholders)
-Ability to develop basic training materials (ppt or pdf)
-Good organisation - keeping the many parts of the projects under control, and managing dependencies between the parts
-Understanding of RMP concepts and having general PV knowledge, i.e., ability to validate (in terms of a general check) the updated RMPs (the Project Lead is the SME for RMPs and will be available as point of escalation)
