IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Responsible for the design and execution of process improvement projects (cost, time schedule, quality, functionality) in global human capital procurement with focus on pharmaceutical manufacturing sites
-Mapping optimised processes into ERP systems (VMS)
-Management of process improvement projects according to customer needs
-Minimisation of total cost of ownership
-Management of internal and external stakeholders/peers
-Implementation of state of the art processes in external workforce management
-Ensuring sharing and leverage of best practices (6Sigma, LEAN, IQP) and expertise in the project

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Project management experience on mid-sized process improvement projects with medium complexity (responsibility for time schedule, costs, functionality and quality)
-In-depth knowledge of standard hiring-processes
-Ability to understand complex processes (ability to design and execute process improvement projects with vague technical solutions and medium complexity, mainly on midsized projects)
-German and English language skills are essential, other language skills are beneficial
-Knowledge of the employment market in the EU
-Ability to map processes into ERP systems (e. g. Fieldglass, WAND) in the light of managed service provision (MSP/VMS)
-Ability to understand and manage stakeholder in IT and business process/systems
