Project Manager - Procurement Processes in Human Capital wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Several years of analytical project management and conceptual experience with high focus on detail and result orientation, preferably in a pharma environment
- Solid experience in analysing human capital data along with sound knowledge of hiring processes and expertise in sharing and leveraging best practices (6Sigma, LEAN, IQP)
- Experience on mid-sized projects along with process improvement tasks besides leadership experience in stakeholder management
- Ability to map processes into ERP-systems (Fieldglass, WAND) in the light of Manged Service Provison (MSP/VMS)
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Leading the process improvement projects relating customer needs as well as managing the reduction of total cost ownership
- Working together closely with stakeholders as well as designing and executing the process improvement projects (cost, time schedule, quality, functionality)
- Completing the state of the art processes in external workforce management such as candidate source2award and candidate onboarding2full productivity
- Ability to understand and manage Stakeholder in IT and Business Process &Systems
