IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Lead Supply Chain Management team in the given project and ensure fulfilment of SCM commitments towards the project by acting as a project manager for the SCM scope in the project
-Responsible for all Supply Chain Management activities within the project for the equipment and construction packages; this results in the preparation & application of common approach such as, but not limited to defining and applying of the contract requirements for sourcing for the scope within the project (i.e. sourcing restrictions, financing restrictions etc.)
-Ensure that transport logistics complies with contract requirements and monitor/coordinate deliveries to the project site
-Takes care of the quality (Q), costs (C) and on-time delivery (D) of the material and services in his project
-Support Purchaser of Component (POC) in relation to the complete and on-time delivery of the technical specifications through the engineering department
-Authority to make decisions and issue directives in the project within the Supply Chain Management scope in coordination with project director and BA/BU managers
-Initial contact for all commercial, legal, administrative and organizational procurements issues, related to the assigned Supply Chain Management

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Technical education on University degree level or equivalent
-Fluent in English language
-Good understanding of legal/contractual aspects of an EPC contract
-Experience as Project Manager / Tender Project Manager / Senior Purchasing Manager or Sales Project Manager
-Negotiation skills either with supplier base or with customers
-Risk management knowledge
-Key Technical know-how is required for the position
-Communicating with transparency, good communicator and team work capability
-Ability to make decisions/sense of urgency
-Resilience, motivating & inspiring, leadership know-how, convincing/ influencing
