Project Manager - ICT Procurement
eCRM Euro are looking for an ICT Procurement Project Manager. The Project Manager will have experience in ICT Procurements and contract management alongside a knowledge in development methodologies and testing standards. A good knowledge of the IT and associated sectors is essential. Experience with contract management tools and techniques is also required as well as commercial and legal negotiations including contract drafting-skills.
Tasks and deliverables:
Taking into account the project management and development context and in close collaboration with the Head of Unit, draft an IT Software production procurement template, meant to contract fully out sourced means, by adapting an existing template (120 pages in French) into English: IT Software production procurement template.
Experience:
Hands on experience in IT procurements and contract management in alignment with Project management, development methodologies and testing standards
Sound knowledge of the IT and associated sectors, products, services, suppliers
Experience with contract management tools and techniques eg category definition, business requirements analysis,
Experience of commercial and legal negotiations including contract-drafting skills
Other Experience:
In addition, these specific competencies and skills are required for the current assignment:
Excellent oral and written and charismatic communicator to connect with teams throughout ICT
Excellent written skills to define contract terms and conditions on the basis of collected requirement
Preferable next to English decent knowledge of French language skills
