Your Skills

- Education BA or higher in social sciences/economic. MBA is a plus. Higher education in computer science is a plus.
- Languages French [proficiency is mandatory], English [proficiency is mandatory], Dutch [Optional/Passive understanding]
- Banking techniques Good to deep understanding in the domains of banking back-offices processes, credit, regulatory reporting, BE GAAP accounting, Private banking processes, institutional clients servicing and order execution processes
- IT tools Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, HPQC is a plus
- Other required knowledge & experience Has proven experience in project management organisation at Stream and Project level
- Has a track record in change management
- Has experience with operations
- Has experience with business requirements and (business/operations) specifications
- Has experience with testing and interactions with test management
- Ability to motivate persons to deliver and reach the target set
- Understands the work environment and individuals challenges in a changing organisation
- Is flexible and stress-resistant
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information
- Is Rigorous and organized
- Ability to deliver precise required weekly reporting on progress to Management and under strong pressure
- Is capable to work in a multi-cultural environment
- From 7 years of experience incl. experience with focus in technology, project management and change control

Your Tasks

1. Ensures Processes implementation success in all its necessary aspects: Target Operating Model (TOM) understanding by Key Users, workarounds implementation by key user and their validation by the Test Stream (coordination with the Test Manager), communication in coordination with Change Management stream Leader. Specifically

a. Initiate, oversee and participate in the development of the following deliverables

- Workarounds descriptionvalidation processes)
- Change Request Process in his/her area of responsibility
- Stream meetings and deliverables leadership (dashboards, risk/issue/action log, meeting minutes, status, etc.)
- Specific HR/Re-organization activities with the Change Management stream Leader (TOM adoption strategies and actions, Trainings strategy and organization)

c. Review and obtain validation of the following:

- Business processes (Test Management is responsible, Domain Leads Accountable)
- Workarounds list (in scope/out of scope) (Domain Leads Accountable)
- Testing Scope (Test Management is responsible, Domain Leads Accountable)
- Business Scenario Coverage Matrix (Test Management is responsible, Domain Leads Accountable)
- Business Scenarios (test cases) (Test Management is responsible, Domain Leads Accountable)
- UAT Business Scenario Coverage Matrix (Test Management is responsible, Domain Leads Accountable)
- UAT Business Scenarios (test cases) (Test Management is responsible, Domain Leads Accountable)
- Training Strategy (Change Management stream lead is accountable)

d. Organise with Domain Leads and Test Management the prioritisation and risk assignment to Business Scenarios (Test Management is responsible)

2. Maintain, administer and implement Processes and Workarounds delivery planning (forecast workload & resources capacity, set deliverables, assumptions and Progress/estimates to target).
3. Manage Domain Leads and Key user in their activities with respect to Processes and Workarounds.
4. Manage and escalate any dependencies, risks, issues and action items to the Lead PM.
5. Communicate timelines and expectations in Domain Lead meetings.
6. Report to Utopia Lead Project Manager and PMO on key achievements and issues. Proposes mitigating actions to de-risk project issues. Provides weekly reports on processes and workarounds implementation
7. Coordinate with KBL Hub experts to support the delivery
