Project Manager - Process Excellence wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree in Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent education
- 3+ years of working experience as Line and/or Project Manager, ideally in financial department
- Solid Know-how in following areas: Process Optimisation, Continuous Improvement, Robotics Process Automation, Target Operating Model design, Business Process Management (BPM) and Agile
- Familiarity with operational processes in the financial services industry, Lean Six Sigma knowledge and skills would be advantageous
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Leading small projects that are aligned to company's strategic objectives
- Developing Process Excellence training material and presentations
- Being responsible for the training coordination and certification logistics
- Supporting the Development Leader with day-to-day activities
