Project Manager/Process Engineer wanted for our client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Completed technical apprenticeship with additional education (eg Höhere Fachschule) in Process Engineering, Project Management or related fields
- Profound project management, technical and SAP documentation skills as well as experience with medical devices
- Knowledge of at least one of the following: software development, hardware development, testing
- Experience and/or knowledge of regulatory and quality standards, especially Production Control, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), change management and process improvement
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP ERP applications and good knowledge in MS Project or Smartsheet
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Managing the Operations Product and Process projects and planning and monitoring subprojects
- Preparing technical documentation in SAP within CAPA and change management
- Arranging technical documents for production process improvements as well as project information and slide decks to support project teams and management teams in their decision making
- Gathering key performance indicators as well as preparing and communicating reports on project status and project progress to involved stakeholders
- Leading relevant meetings as well as organizing workshops
