Project Manager - Process/Change Management
Our client, a large telecommunications group is undertaking a large change project with the objective to modernize the company's information network. The project will continue for a long time (several years) and aims to streamline the processes for network planning, network design and delivery.
As project manager for process/change management you will be the project's principal, investigating process issues end-to-end. This means that together with business developers, process managers and other stakeholders working to identify and document the process of influence and "to-be" process in connection with the introduction of a new network documentation system. In this project, we are working according to an AGILE SCRUM methodology and are now in a phase of evaluation and the need to plan the introduction.
The role also includes planning for introduction in the form of identifying training needs, changing roles and working in collaboration with the network project
Previous experience in change projects in large organizations is of great importance. You have experience in leading workshops with various stakeholders to achieve clear common goals. Knowledge and experience of working to document processes in tools such as EA SPARX or ARIS is an advantage.
As a person you are driven with good communication skills and quickly building networks. You are analytical, structured and able to communicate at all levels within the company.
Experience working in large telecommunications organisations is preferred.
