Project Manager (Practice Pool/Capability Center) required by a leading global financial services client located in Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing Practice pools for Client Server and web based technology capability.
Practice Pool, Capability Center, Center or Excellence
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Define the operating model for how the practice pools will work.
*Manage project delivery scope and budget.
*Work with project sponsors and partners to prepare delivery plans, tracks and reports progress against plan.
*Work with BA's to define process and procedure for capability centers.
*Implement quality plan for delivery of projects.
*implement project communication structure.
*Practice Pool, Capability Center, Center or Excellence
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
*Previous experience of delivering a working practice pool or has performed a position within a practice pool.
*Solid project management experience of large IT projects, preferable involving systems integration in Client Server and/or web based technology environments.
*Financial services industry experience highly beneficial.
