Are you a highly qualified Project Manager with International Policy development experience within a multinational and multicultural environment and looking for an exciting new opportunity within an NGO.

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Policy Development Project Manager to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

YOUR ROLE:

The main role of the incumbent is to lead and animate the consultation process and collate all the outputs into a policy document for the Board Committee's approval.

The consultation process will take place using different means: online questionnaires, telephone interviews as well as the three regional events (face-to-face in Anglophone Africa, in Francophone Africa and in Asia - travel is required). For Face-to-face events, the Project Manager will work with partners that will facilitate the logistics.

TO DELIVER THE REQUIRED RESULTS, IT'S NECESSARY THAT YOU HAVE:

- International Policy development experience.
- Good knowledge of Global Health architecture.
- Robust project management track record.
- Flexible, adaptable personality and ability to deal with ambiguity and complex organizational settings
- Fluent English and French language skills
