The Online Platform Services PMO is seeking a results driven, team oriented, self-motivated professional who combines strong project management skills with business acumen and proactive thought leadership for the position of Project Manager - Technology.

Primary Job Duties

Manage one or more projects of small to medium size and complexity; oversee project activities in compliance with program priorities and actively participate in project phases.

Accountable for the creation and management of project plans, timelines, budgets and project status; executes the plan to meet business needs.

Monitor project status to ensure progress toward completion; modify project plan as necessary in response to unforeseen or unexpected development and informs management; coordinate changes with team members.

Conduct project meetings to ensure alignment across teams; recap and communicate action items and next steps in meeting summaries to the team and the client.

Provides accurate and detailed staffing forecasts for assigned projects; proactively communicate forecast updates.

Produce all project documentation - detailed project plans, roadmaps, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports.

Qualifications/Requirements

BS/BA required

3+ years of technology Project Management/Planning experience. (5 years preferred)

PMP certification desired

Agile/scrum experience

Excellent organizational skills.

Expert in Excel.

3-5 years PM experience.

Demonstrated success in all aspects of project delivery and management

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Must have Agile/Scrum experience

Must possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills - define, create, and maintain macros; pivot tables and charts; VLOOKUPS

Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)

Must have good analytical problem solving skills

Proactive personality and proven leadership skills

Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle(s)

Nice to have:
1. TFS experience
2. Experience managing cross functional teams across multiple locations.
3. Previous experience. Candidate will have multiple projects to manage with varying team sizes. There will be shifting priorities. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Candidate will work in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment with competing priorities across multiple business units. This is an independent role with minimal guidance once up and running. We're looking for an ideas' person who also knows how to bring up issues when needed to allow for project progression.
