IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support the facilitation of cross-functional technical projects and plan, coordinate and manage CMC project activities, including process challenge and acceptance, tech transfer, process characterization and validation, preparation of high quality technical source documents for regulatory filings and health authority interactions
-Establish and maintain MS Project plans, project risk assessments, action and decision logs and track progress of project vs. timelines, as well as cost vs. budget
-Organization of project meetings and maintain clear and updated records and reporting for assigned projects and proactively communicate progress and issues
-Anticipate deviations and proactively work with team members and line functions to avoid or mitigate any impact on quality, timelines, and/or costs
-Support the establishment of project teams and drive end-to-end alignment and collaboration across involved functions
-Set priorities for the team; coach, mentor, and motivate team members

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Advanced degree in Biology or (Bio-)Chemistry
-Experience within technical and/or development functions of bio-pharmaceutical industry or comparable environment
-Professional project management experience in a matrix team environment
-Profound knowledge in (bio-)pharma manufacturing/development, ideally with background in areas of production, quality, technical development, manufacturing science and technology
-Fluent in English. German, is an asset
-Team player, task oriented and keen on working in a cross-cultural working environment
