IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Support the establishment of project governance (tracking of project- & work stream progress according to defined timelinesmeeting frequency)
-Drive project progress by scheduling project governance meetings, requestdocument decisions from governance meetings
-Identify need for stakeholder alignment and drive the respective actions (schedule meetings of key players; prepare meetings in alignment with the project lead and key experts from within the affected work streams)
-Translation of project progress, obstacles or required decisions into management-compatible language
-Efficient & effective development of PowerPoint slides for project team meetings, workshops and management & steering committee meetings
-Facilitate workshops to collect and align user requirement specifications (IT- and non-IT-related) across various work streams
-Capture & document URS based on the standard templates of the company

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Experienced with clinical x-omics data & analytics
-Excellent knowledge of project management, user requirement specifications (URS) collection & documentation and workshop facilitation
-Business fluent English and German skills
