Project Manager PMI m/f

We need for a client project an experienced Project Manager PMI for a long-term engagement.

Required Skills:

- Project Management Certification (PMI recommended)
- At least 3 years experience in project work (Technical project tasks and project management support functions, or similar activities)
- At least 3 years in a technical management function eg as Project Manager
- Languages: German and English fluent (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of LIMS (ideally Labware)
- experience with LIMS interfaces, laboratory instrumentation, LIMS, SAP-QM
- Experience of working in a GMP environment
- Project management skills
- In depth knowledge of project management processes and methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick learner, adaptability especially in complex environments
- Good Strategic thinking
- Proactive, self-initiatives with observance of all conditions
- High sense of purpose and achievement orientation
- Conflict Management

About the Role:

- The definition of project objectives with an internal project manager and the customer
- Planning and operational management of the project or sub-projects in all phases of the project in accordance with current standards of client
- The success of a project in which his assigned area of responsibility
- The achievement of the technical results of removed project order in the time frame
- The timely initiation and tracking of required changes
- The establishment of a suitable project internal controls
- Regular reporting and meaningful status reports
- Design, development and implementation of communication plans for the project - management of project teams
- Support and assistance of the entire lifecycle of an application
- Support for: creating the requirements Collection, evaluation of tenders Planning and implementation of applications Operation of the application • Redemption / switch-off
- Meeting / consultation requirements regarding the IT infrastructure and distribution to Contractor
- Completion of Changes
- Interface between the department (the requesters) and the suppliers or operators application
- Clarification in Escalations
- Running jobs of the information manager
