IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Manage project information to support the project teams, management teams (e.g. Project Steering, Platform Steering, Life Cycle Teams, etc.) and decision making
-Support of project setup (e.g. Project Charter, Scope Statements, Project Handbook, etc.), project planning, project implementation, progressowns version management and release of changes)
-Support for technical groups or other projects in an advisory function
-Defines, measures and reports key performance indicators for the projects to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness
-Handling of Project- and Management Meetings (set agenda, organize meetings, edit minutes)

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree
-A certification or training in project management is an asset
-Working in projects with exposure to typical project management tasks
-Involvement in data collection and data analysis in MS Excel
-Excellent MS Excel skills (writing macros, creating pivot tables) and good MS PowerPoint skills
-German and English
