PROJECT MANAGER/PLANT PLANNING SPECIALIST - MEDICAL DEVICES
On behalf of our client, a global worldwide company specialized in medical devices based in Zug, we are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER with experience in PLANT PLANNING ACTIVITIES/INVENTORY MANAGEMENT. This is a contracting role starting in January 2016 until July 2016 with an option to extend.
In this position the PROJECT MANAGER will support the project in the area of process, systems improvements and standardization for a fusion implementation in EMEA.
In this role you will implement a standardized E2E Production Planning Process supported by an existing ERP and planning system in all 10 EMEA manufacturing plants.
PERFORMING IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE ALSO INVOLVED IN:
- Preparing, defining and designing improvements with your business partners
- Preparing, coordinating and leading design workshops
- Managing project team
- Creating training plan and managing user training program
- Supporting and coordinating development of documentation and training material
You bring to this role:
- 3+ years' experience in planning (plant planning/inventory management)
- Good understanding of E2E SC processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse, design and implement planning processes and tools
- Good project management skills
- Strong SAP (APO, ECC, BW) knowledge
- Excellent communication in English and German
