Amoria Bond is recruiting for a Project Manager Pharmaceutical Science to support one of our international client in the Netherlands. You will support the Management as well as Clinical Teams with planning, implementing and evaluating frameworks, crucial to the success of the clinical trial. Our client is an active pharma company focused on the development of medicinal drugs as well as medical devices.

Key responsibilities:

-Plan, implement and evaluate project framework
-Management of a medium sized teams as well as project timelines
-Support financial department with budget allocation and resource mapping
-Function as key link between Science and Management Team
-Interact with key stakeholder and assure continuous knowledge exchange with leading experts and health care professionals
-Assess project Risk and implement solution strategies
-Function as an inspiring and motivating anchor for CRAs and other project managers involved in the project

A good candidate has:
-Experience in a comparable function (Science Lead, Operations lead, Clinical Lead)
-Extensive experience as Project Manager
-Knowledge of relevant aspects of the Pharma and Life Science industry
-Mastery of SixSigma - Green Belt
-Verbal and written communication skills in English
-Strong leadership capabilities as well as extensive teamwork skills
-A result-driven and problem-solving work attitude
