JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY:
Looking for an experienced Project Manager. You have the opportunity to join this multinational initiative and team. In this role you will be collaborating with several Project Leaders and the Program Leader assuming delegated tasks from them. Furthermore, you will be given the responsibility for the projects set up (eg project start form, scope management, project handbook, etc.), as well as the project planning, project implementation, progress-owns version management and release of changes.
- Responsible for handling of Project- and Management meetings (organize project meetings, set agenda, edit and distribute minutes).
- He/She is responsible for creating and maintaining integrated project resource- and budget plans.
- Should be responsible for tactical coordination of dependencies, timelines and budgets for all projects and functions within an area or program.
- Responsible for definition and implementation of harmonized measures and reports key performance indicators (KPIs) for the projects to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Responsible to run project team meetings, in the absence of the Project Leader.
- Set-up and adapt relevant PMO processes and structure in alignment with PPMO and relevant stakeholders and ensure process implementation within Project Team.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Strong project management experience in the diagnostic environment, focusing on product development projects, typically in the area of lab diagnostics.
- Prior project management experience in Agile SW development environment would be a valuable asset.
- Experience in Stake Holder Management.
- Good experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Project management certification (eg IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
- German language skills are desired.
- Experience/Knowledge of VBA for Excel & SQL would be an additional asset.
EDUCATION: Bachelor or Master Degree.
LANGUAGES: Fluent in English language.
