Project Manager with profound Excel knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree or comparable degree in a business/technical area
- Several years' experience working as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical sector
- Essential knowledge of project management methodologies as well as strong leadership skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel and deep understanding of dependencies between Manufacturing, Supply Chain and regional country specifics
- Experience in working with people around the globe as well as the ability to deal with complex situations with high level of flexibility
- Independent working routine with technical and management coaching as sense or prioritization
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Assisting in planning and organizing the project as well as in the punctual delivery and completion of tasks
- Keeping the Global Tracking tool up-to-date
- Controlling the progress and quality along with communicating the decision making of change requests to key stakeholders
- Updating the assortment of each country as well as participating in workshops for Cut-over plan and Distribution Switches
- Acting as contact person for the data management group along with updating and maintaining Change Control Process and Change Request Form
- Reporting the project status on a regular basis
