For one of our clients in the pharmaceutical industry, we are currentlylooking for a Project Manager with experience in pharma

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

* Develop Schedule for secondary equipment to be installed .AutomaticVisual Inspection equipment and leak testing equipments

o Series of workshops will be required
o Interaction with all departments necessary prior to baseline
* Maintain existing Schedule
* Micro Schedule areas of delay or where deviation occurs etc
* Chairmain weekly Visual Schedule Progress meeting
* Align Schedule with Production/Filling Schedule
* Communicate Changes in Schedule to all Project Team & agreeschedule updates
* Daily interaction with Project Manager on Schedule Progress &Delay
* Align Schedule with overall Business Strategy
* Implement optimisation tools and techniques to improve scheduleprocess
* Manage Resource requirements/resource overloading
* Schedule Documentation requirements
o Main cause of delay at present
o Understanding of documentation involved is important

* Pro-active measures to ensure no Schedule slippage

SKILLS:
o Good Meeting Skills is essential-Will need to be able to chair weeklymeetings with 15-20 people
o Competent in use of MS Project 2010
o Good communication Skills (French speaking-advantage)
o Competent in MS Office
o Knowledge of SAP is also useful but not essential.
o Understand validation and change control in pharma.
