Project Manager Required - 6 month contract - Brussels
I am urgently looking for an experience HR project manager for a key financial customer in Brussels.
The role:
You will manage an important project within the overall HR Transformation program.
The project aims to:
- Reduce face time from the HR business partner organization - enable processes through click (Intranet) and call.
This is not a systems project - not an objective to replace current ERP backbone.
Knowledge of Peoplesoft HR/HR applications landscape however is a plus
You have solid experience in managing end 2 end large programs that involve re-engineering of processes to reduce face time, maximize enabling processes through click (Intranet), Setup of call centre/professionalize existing call setup
You have solid experience in change management and communications (some face time is due to lack of adoption of existing Intranet)
Experience within the HR domain is key.
Experience in a blue chip consulting company is key.
Structured approach is key.
Hands-on.
Strong people management skills.
Organizational skills and stress resistant - able to manage change within an organization.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Able to communicate with both business and IT people.
Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English.
