Project Manager (Payroll & HR System) - 12 Months Contract

Our client is a well known international organisation and are currently in the process of taking on a Project Manager/Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 12 month contract to be based at their Sydney Olympic Park site!

This particular role will focus on assisting them in their venture to implement their new HR/Payroll System throughout their Australian offices end-to-end whilst liaising and managing various stakeholders. As a result, this role will also have a strong focus in managing the change aspect of the implementation process and will require someone experienced in this particular area to ensure the countrie's adoption to the new systems.

To be successfully considered for this role, you will require the following background and experience:

- Extensive background in managing projects end-to-end and being involved in full implementations of HR/Payroll systems into large corporate organisations
- Ability to manage complex HR change related programmes of work ensuring their delivery
- Experience of BPR (Business Process Engineering)
- Track record of designing and delivering highly effective workshops or delivery of consultancy projects
- Experience of SaaS implementations
