Project Manager - Payment Cards - Debit Cards - 3rd Party - Halifax

Leading UK Retail Bank is seeking a Project Manager to work within the Retail Change team on strategic project work within the Debit Cards and Payments area to support the project team in identifying and documenting key operational processes, requirements and delivery for new and future Debit Card & Payments initiatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- To ensure a common understanding of the business needs and the project deliverables within the context of debit cards and future payments
- Manage business requirements and produce process models
- Co-ordinate and/or contribute to the design, development and specification of new/revised processes and systems, documentation, training materials, etc.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables
- Develop and maintains effective working relationships with appropriate colleagues in own and other business units, ensuring key stakeholders are identified and effectively managed
- Assist in the review of project documentation that is produced (eg Feasibility Studies, Functional Specifications)
- Assist with the management of the IT relationship and relationships with Third Party suppliers to ensure development is completed to the required specification, within timescales and to agreed budget

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Business Project Manager
- Payment Card Experience
- Knowledge of the card manufacturing and personalisation services.
- Develop Supplier Relationship Management skills and competencies to the card bureau's third party service
