Project Manager (Packaging and Master Data)

For one of our clients, we are looking for a junior project manager to manage an on-going project of rebase lining with our partner.

This role must ensure the master data updates in SAP; coordinating the changes with the various stakeholders of the process. The whole product portfolio (Our partner's products manufactured) must be updated so the follow up of the project is crucial.

The performance of the whole process and KPIs will have to be maintained.

This role will work in close relationship with the QA Alliance manager for our partner.

This position reports to the Packaging and data management leader

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible to ensure the follow up of the project from a master data point of view

Management of the Change request coming from our partner

Update of the SAP database (product master data + BOM)

Communication with the various stakeholders in the master data process + with the various supply chain functions

Ensure that the compliance is respected

Measure and maintain KPIs of the performance of the whole process

Profile required:

Experience requested in the pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge of SAP, or experience of artwork/masterdata management is a plus.
