PROJECT MANAGER/PROGRAMME/OUTSOURCING/MIGRATIONS

My Client is an exceptional Large Financial Organization recognized globally, this is based over in The Hague. The desired individual should have experience on outsourcing projects and large programmes. This programme is a pioneer project for the industry and are outsourcing their trade operations. The contract is a long term project due to last over 2 years. By outsourcing operations activities, the client will avoid future spending on expanding, upgrading and replacing IT systems, and realize a more flexible cost structure. In addition, outsourcing would create opportunities to leverage on a provider's expertise in assessing and implementing new regulation and implementing new vehicles for product distribution.

Within the program we have established several projects. We are looking for an external project manager to run independent projects and/or work with the project managers. Project Managers to work with the outsource provider, clients IT Delivery organization, clients Retained organization and our Business Subject Matter experts to ensure a controlled implementation/migration.

We are looking for an experienced project manager (7 years plus) with the following experience:

- project management both in traditional project management Prince 2 and Agile (as product owner and/or scrum master)
- project management covering significant IT Development and Operating Model change
- extensive test programs
- preferable working with external service providers (outsourcing of business processes)
- Preferable business knowledge in Asset Management preferably Investments Operations (trade processing, trade settlement, trade confirmation, collateral management, corporate actions, IBOR, transaction reporting), Transfer Agency and/or Fund Accounting.
