Project Manager - OTC Derivatives

Projektbeschreibung
Project manager with a strong background in OTC Derivatives, currently needed on behalf of a banking insitution based in Zurich.
This project involves migrating OTC derivatives trades currently booked in ledgers onto RMS
The work involves:
*Completely manage the project in relation to staffing, communicating with various stake holders, ensuring various project time lines are met.
* Understanding the various OTC trades into new systems so that they can be boarded into the RMS
*Analyse the static and market data sources and work with IT teams to get them developeed/enhanced such that they are compatible to the RMS
Work with IT teams to develop/enhance RMS and related systems
Coordinate with Quanta strats team on trade valuation and PnL and risk validation.
On boarding trades into the RMS and ensure the correct PnL and risk calculation
Coordinate with traders, product control, risk managerts and taking trades live into the RMS
Reconciliation of trades against confirmations
Linking client and street side trades
Review of legal agreements
Mapping transactions to available collateral (CSA or GDP).
Skills required:
Excellent project management skills. Candidate should be an exceptional project manager with minimum 10 years of experience and should be able to manage the whole project in relation to staffing, communicating with various stake holders ensuring various project time lines are met
Sound knowledge of various derivatives concepts
Strong knowledge of Equity, Fixed Income and FX derivative vanilla and structured products
Should have excellent understanding of risk characteristics of various derivative products
Should have excellent understanding of risk characteristics of various derivative products
Should be able to validate the PnL vanilla and exotic trades
Strong analytical problem solving skills and a quick learner
Very strong communication skills (written and oral)
Candidate should have prior experience in trade migration and risk management systems
This is a contract opportunity (3 month extendable). Excellent rates paid
