Project Manager Organizational Optimization (OO) (for a Global Opex Programme)
Edelway is a European leading Lifesciences/IT/Engineering services company.
On behalf of our global client we are actively looking for a Project Manager Organizational Optimization to join the Opex program in Zurich on a long term basis.
Start date: ASAP
Travel: 10%
Location: Could be located in either UK (London area) or Switzerland (Zürich)
Duration: 6 months +
Contract: Permanent/Temp/Freelance could be discussed
The role:
Support Organization Optimization work stream lead and highlight/addresse associated risks and issues
Supports in cascading and review of global program assets (eg methodology, templates, analysis models, presentations)
Supports and reviews OO processes to ensure overall consistency
You will:
Organization Optimization implementation
Establishes implementation roadmap and required investment
Establishes recommendation for the respective function around organizational changes including considerations of structure
Drives organizational transformation effort for G&A functions including considerations of the business structure
Tracks implementations status across all functions and BUs on a monthly basis
Assists regional and local HR with organizational design duties as needed
Maintenance of data accuracy and consistency throughout the program
Engage with HR for functions in scope activities
Your profile:
15 years of relevant experience (organisational design, organisational optimization, organisation efficiency, organisational change) ideally consultancy background
Ability to work with senior level and complete tasks from A - Z with minimum supervision
Strong English skills mandatory, Japanese an asset
Business oriented with strong analytical skills
Operational Experience in a country highly appreciated
Experience in working with multicultural teams
Experience with different culture and business requirements
Experience with working with high demanding top management
