The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a Business change related project as part of a wider change programme within the bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an Organisational Change/Target Operating Model (TOM) workstream within the business.
Therefore, the right candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Extensive previous experience of Project Management (Prince 2 or similar highly desirable).
- Current or Recent experience of delivering projects within a major Financial Services organisation
- A proven track record of successfully delivering a range of Business Change projects
- Experience of managing Organisational Change/Target Operating Model (TOM) change projects
- Excellent business stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills
