Project Manager - Organisational Change Management (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Prepare the Project Charter in coordination with the sponsor and project core team,
-Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, as well as develop and communicate the project governance, roles and responsibilities, decision making process and authority levels for decisions
-Liaise with project SC/senior management and update progress
-Inform variances from plan and propose corrective actions
-Create Organizational Change Impact Assessment in order to define a plan to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders
-Engage the users, and other groups as necessary, to discuss and design the changes in business processes, organizational structure or solutions
-Lead OCM (Organizational Change Management) stream and its initiatives
-Estimate project costs, internal and external costs, reviewing on a regular basis in order to have an accurate latest budget estimation

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Certificate from a technical or business institute (e.g. in engineering, accounting, applied psychology) or other recognized professional qualifications
-Proven experience as Project Manager and in OCM
-Experience or knowledge in Supply Chain is preferred
-Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking), German skills are a plus
-PMI CAPM or PMP certification as well as ADKAR certification are desirable
