Oracle/ERP Project Manager,

a leading telecoms company based in Mechelen are searching for an experiecned Oracle/ERP Project Manager to work on a migration from Oracle ERP to Oracle Fusion R9, Cloud edition.

Essentials Skills:
- Senior PM with ERP implementation experience (preferably Oracle but not essential)
- Able to manage changes (requirements/scope + organization) for both business and IT
- Able to manage resistance & autonomous teams
- A dynamic individual who is a strong communicator with good stakeholder management skills and able to align IT and the business
- Knowledge of ERP processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Projects) - IT & Business
- Can be the bridge between IT and Business
- Able to define and track an MS Project plan
- Weekly status reporting and Budget management
- Experience in building and executing detailed Cutover and Transition plans
- Ideal: Experience in mergers/Business Transitions

.- Ideal: Knowledge of retail processes & integration POS with ERP
- Ideal: Knowledge of Oracle ERP (Fusion/EBS)
