PROJECT MANAGER - OPERATIONS, WEALTH MANAGEMENT
SUMMARY
In this position you play an important role as Project Manager and Project Lead. You are part of a big program implementation for securities related processes for a new legal entity structure within our client organisation. This is an engagement for approximately 6 months as fixed-term employee or contractor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project lead, including project management tasks like reporting, risk & issue management, resource management etc. in close collaboration of the central Project Management Office (PMO) and the operations organization (Service Line and Service Delivery)
- Directly responsible for yearly budget of 1-5mCHF (across Operations CtB and IT resources)
- Ensure coordination among front-to-back and project stakeholders within and outside of Group Operations
- Impact analysis and resolution for upcoming changes and dependencies
- Specification and functional requirements in close alignment with business case
- Implementation of planned requirements in regards of migration and testing
- Support IT during design, build and test phase of test and migration requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or equivalent certificate
- Project Management experience of 5+ years in inter-disciplinary large-scale and multi-location projects in highly dynamic environments
- Strong organisational, analytical, conceptual and leadership skills, attention to detail, adherence to timeline, especially where regulatory deadlines are involved
- Have experience in Securities processing, preferably in Wealth Management Operations
- Delivery focused, strong hands-on and independent, pro-active personality
- Committed team player with strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Flexibility to adapt changes in implementation priorities
- Ability to communicate, lead, mobilize and guide multiple stakeholders through all aspects of project life cycle and to facilitate the pooling and alignment of their different interests
- Fluency in English. German is an advantage.
- Preferably you have worked in a multicultural environment before and have experience with onsite-offshore setups.
