Project Manager Operations and Planning Senior wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Professionalism in project management in a complex Matrix
- Confidence in collaborative leadership, communication and planning
- Experience in supporting TF leader with excel files integration
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Collaborating with EUCAN department leaders community for improving processes and capabilities
- Follow up with Therapeutic Area leaders (Vangelis, Fiona, Irene, Marlies) EUCAN medical plans sharing and LOC plans reviews
- Managing and executing regional projects, using WebEx and SharePoint and coordinating meeting organizations
- Planning and performing implemented KPIs through SMILE CRM
- Collecting and following up with LOCs as well as training coordination
- Performing insight gathering system and process with VoKOL
