For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a
Operational Risk Project Manager
Location: Zurich
start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months

Overview of the business area:
The Legal Entity Switzerland Program (LECH) has the goal to deliver the compliance to the TBTF/Resolution requirements by the middle of 2016. The program is based in Zurich. We are looking to fill a specific vacancy in relation to project managing the Operational Risk - Capital Modelling & Allocation (Advanced Measurement Model - AMA) workstream going forward.
Role/Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and project manage the overall Operational Risk - AMA workstream for the CRO function interfacing into the central program where required
- Manage the end to end delivery of milestones and progress tracking
- Manage the regulatory and external dialogue with regards to operational risk modelling, in alignment with the Head Operational Risk Modelling
- Manage the scope of work and inform and support business colleagues
- Co-ordinate activity across workstreams
- Ensure key risks and issues are identified, mitigated and resolved
- Ensure that resource plans are adhered to in order that deliverables are met to planKey
Skills/Experience: Essential:
- Risk, Audit or Compliance background
- Ability to plan, monitor, and control project activities and resources
- Ability to monitor, measure and report on overall milestone progress
- Ability to manage and control the overall Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies for the workstream
- Recent regulatory project experience
- Understanding of regulatory requirements
- Knowledge and experience of quantification of risk capital and capital allocation
- Fluent in English
Desired:
- Knowledge of Operational Risk framework design and implementation
- German
