Global Asset Management company currently seeks a Project Manager to take charge of the definition, development and execution of the Operational Readiness work stream within the cash strategy programme. Initially focussed on the implementation of CHAPS and the new Global Payments system.

To apply you will be experienced with change initiatives involving extensive employee communication, change acclimatisation and executive and senior management stakeholder management. You would have served as Project Manager on large and / or complex projects relating to strategic change management and/or regulatory changes. Operates independently, with extensive , demonstrable success of major project delivery.

You will ideally have good business knowledge of global custody with a focus on cash operations.

Requires strong planning, conceptual consulting and communication skills (both written and oral); including analytical ability, strong judgment and leadership skills. Demonstrates strong focus on client servicetaking a proactive and innovative approach. Must have excellent negotiation and conflict management skills.
