Project Manager Officer

One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a PROJECT MANAGER OFFICER

FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

Works as a professional Project Manager Officer within the company.

Defines and maintains the portfolio management of the manufacturing performance unit within the company and assures strong collaboration inside the organization with all involved people and other PM officers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Management of the manufacturing performance unit portfolio of projects (assure the quality of the data, regular review, proactive behaviour regarding potential issue & risks and robust prioritization of project, provides visual dashboards, templates andtools)
- Interface between local manufacturing staff and Global project owners (assure escalation in time, in the wright way and assure that risks are managed adequately in order to achieve the business performance)
- Planners (management of Project tools in accordance with customers requirements, standardized processes jointly defined with SPM CoE)
- Followup of major key milestones and performance drivers

PREREQUISITES

Education:

Engineer or similaire education

Specific skills:

- Customer Focus
- Driver
- Good communication skills

Knowledge:

- Project management skills
- Computer skills: Thorough knowledge of MS Project and SAP
- English
- Knowledge of GMP environment is a must

Experience:

- 1-5 years' experience in Project Management
